Healthy Habits for LIFE


A good life depend on us what we choose today and what we are doing today.

" I told her to dont waste time here to explore this, here is nothing but she was exited for offer so we change our next plan and went for shopping "


"She serve me alot food so we slept late night and wakeup late and all day i was feeling sleepy"


"Last night in party, we dinked little more and next full day ruined".

 and we have many more story which destroy our life day by day.

Always remember "A good and healthy life is not an accident. It start with good gesture but it also depends on good habits."

here I'm going to share few steps which is very healthy and life changing steps.


1. No Excuses :

We are making execuses always in life while we know about what we have to do but always trying to avoid it. we mostly doing :

- I have no Time

- I can not do this

- I have no money

- Blame others

- Make Health issues 

When you will do self analysis then you will found that you have negative thing. you persistently make excuses, then you may very well negative forces to the following consequences:

  • A lack of responsibility and growth.
  • Self-made self-limiting beliefs.
  • Continuous regrets and “what if” scenarios.
  • A pessimistic outlook on life.
  • Poor judgment when it comes to making critical decisions.
  • A paranoia that prevents you from taking decisive action.
  • The constriction of your comfort zone.
  • Mental blocks stifling proactive action and creativity.


2. TODO list for a day :

Nobody is capable of remembering everything at all times. To-do lists are a useful external memory aid that give you permission to forget. As long as you can remember to look at your to-do list, you will never lose anything that you have recorded on it.

Every time you look at a list, it reinforces the information in your short-term memory, making it much less likely that you will forget an appointment or commitment. Students are often encouraged to use lists as study aids to increase retention of facts.


3. Have a GOAL :

First consider what you want to achieve, and then commit to it.

Set SMART  :   Specific   Measureable  Attainable  Relevant  Time-bound

Goals that motivate you and write them down to make them feel tangible. Then plan the steps you must take to realize your goal, and cross off each one as you work through them.



In morning you have to go for physical activity. Physical activity can make healthy  your body, mind and internal body problem.  It can also reduce your risk of depression. you can do any exercise like :

  1. Walk 
  2. Run
  3. Stratching 
  4. Gym
  5. Yoga
  6. Swimming

Benifits of Exercise : 

  1. Exercise improves mood

  2. Exercise boosts energy

  3. Exercise control Weight 

  4. Exercise help  better sleep

  5. Exercise combats health

Regular exercise helps prevent or manage many health problems and concerns, including:

  1. Stroke
  2. Metabolic syndrome
  3. High blood pressure
  4. Type 2 diabetes
  5. Depression
  6. Anxiety
  7. Many types of cancer
  8. Arthritis
  9. Falls

It can also help improve cognitive function and helps lower the risk of death from all causes.


5. Trim your unnecessary spending : 

it’s tough to figure out how to save big on a small budget. But, the key to lessening your spending is to cut back a little in each area, versus taking out big chunks of your budget all at once. 

Before spend money always thing about  :  "Where Your Money Goes is Where It Grows." 


6. SELF analysis : 

" An independent methodical attempt to study and comprehend one's own personality, emotions, and behavior. "

To know yourself, the good, bad, and the ugly provides the opportunities for growth and change. Self Analysis helps you a lot to see your strength and weaknesses and one's own experience about oneself .

"You have to be know what you have GOOD or BAD and You haver to be improve."



Positive enviorment can produce a good out put and helthy life.  you have to think about your life and happiness. we have :

  1. Positive attitude / behaviour
  2. Positive thinking
  3. Positive goal
  4. Positive enviorment

It's effective for a good life and make us stressless.

we can follow few steps to be more positive each and every day :

  1. Choose to be positive

  2. Be a mirror

  3. Smile more

  4. See the positives, see the good


 8. UTILIZE your time :

We have 24 hours in a day and we have to manage it smartly.  we have to give time to learn something new or useful. we have to learn new skills improve ourself and avoid time killing stuff like :

- Unused Youtube Video

- Unused Chat or talk

- Mobile Game

- Social Media

We can do  like : 

- Read Motivational Book

- Go for exercise 

- Try to learn new skills

- Connect with social and your family

etc etc..


9. Don't STOP :

We have to try again and again BUT :

Thomas Edison Quotes  "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. "

This gentleman found, 10k ways that doesn’t work; Got the catch?

This man doesn’t repeat his ways of working, everytime he worked with differnt approach on same path to hit the bulls eye.

So, You have to try again not harder, but smarter

  1. You got to analyse your mistake.
  2. Understand the flaw.
  3. Address the flaw.

Hit again with a different approach, and you will definitely succeed.
